Is it normal to lose weight on Vitamins?
I have been taking normal One-a-day vitamins for about a month and a half and ive lost almost 10 pounds! Is there something wrong with my hormones or body or something?
Weight loss or gain without a change to caloric intake, diet, exercise or taking diet pills (which are almost never the best option) can be a sign of serious illness and you should seek a professional just to be on the safe side. It could just be that you are eating healthier and your metabolism is using the previous excess or it could be something as serious as cancer or hyperthyroidism.
