How much would a complete Spider-Man comic book collection be worth?

I'm wondering what a complete collection of all the Spider-Man comics would be worth on the market. When I say complete, I mean:

*ALL Amazing, Spectacular, Ultimate, Web of Spider-Man, and Peter Parker: Spider-Man comics
*All Marvel Team-Ups (since only a few don't have SM, might as well include them all)
*All Marvel Adventures, Sensational, Family, and Friendly Neighborhood
*Amazing Fantasy #15
*All the annuals and specials associated with the above titles

Assume all the comics from 1995-present are in near mint condition, 1980-1995 are very good, 1970-1980 are good, and before 1970 are fair.

About how much would this collection be worth?

He didn't actually say he had them. $30,000 is also an extremely low estimate..

Big, the majority of the value of such a collection would be concentrated in the Amazing Fantasy 15 and the first 50 issues of Amazing Spider-Man. Everything else is small peanuts compared to those. But everything altogether you'd be talking about somewhere in the region of $100,000, roughly. The most important thing is precisely what condition the AF15 and ASM 1 are in.
