-There is a new bodybuilding supplement on the market that is supposed to be awesome and all it has is these herbs in it.
The first one increases testosterone production.
"The available evidence in this study suggests that aqueous extract of Massularia acuminata stem has androgenic potential which may stimulate male sexual maturation and enhance normal testicular function."
The second one is just a lotus, with the ability to regulate its own temperature, much like a mammal. The flower species in general, "Lotus seed has been shown to lower cholesterol levels and to relax the smooth muscle of the uterus. It has been used for poor digestion, enteritis (inflammation of the small intestine), chronic diarrhea, insomnia, and palpitations. Currently, there is not enough scientific evidence to recommend the use of lotus for any indication."
The third is just an antioxidant.
