LMAO pups , your really having a problem with those pesky snails, and now it seems mice aswell lol, and as mice are veggies they wont eat the snails , you could try putting bird seed on the ground out side of your property ( you could even sow some on that neighbours garden the one no one likes lol ) this might distract their attention from Your Garden . As for the snails you could put a bird table up and attract some winged help( but they might prefer your grass seed ) I'm afraid apart from that or leaving beer traps , slug/snail pellets are your only option , hope this helps xxxx
