Repotting ponytail palm in?
I have a palm The enclosed head, and I want to repot it, but I had I am leaving you, I certainly do not cover the bulb or the bottom Plants as they are now partially public folder exposeed, please help!
Great plant - Beaucarnia the recurvata, mine's in college 36 years ago, Balls to the base, turning it into the basket as now keundoeeotseupnida Large. Always base, keeping only half of the ground. They are very Small Root System fills the pot when I was just implanted Have to. RScott

Ponytail Palm 15 Seeds - Beaucarnea
USD 1.39 The ponytail is a weird palm-like succulent with a greatly expanded base and a single trunk with a rosette of long, strap-like leaves that arch and droop. With age, the trunk eventually develops a few branches. Ponytail can get up to 30' tall, and the base up to 12' across, but houseplants generally remain less than 6 or 8' tall. The leaves are thin and flat, up to 6' long and only an inch wide. They are clustered in dense tufts at the ends of the branches and arch upward, then droop downward. The plant looks a little like a palm, and a little like a big onion sitting on the ground with a single stalk growing up and sporting a parasol of drooping, strap-like leaves. Flowers are produced only on large specimens. They are creamy white and inconspicuous individually, but borne in large showy upright clusters that extend above the leaves. LocationPonytail occurs in scrub and semi-desert areas in southeastern Mexico. CultureLight: Full sun. Moisture: Drought tolerant. Water deeply, but infrequently. Ponytails grown as houseplants are especially vulnerable to overwatering. Allow the soil to dry out between waterings. Hardiness: USDA Zones 9 - 12. Mature plants can tolerate temperatures down to 18F. Propagation: Offsets (suckers) can be separated and started as new plants in spring or seed, anytime. Ponytail makes a large and handsome houseplant, doing well even in rooms with air conditioning as long as it has bright light. They do well even in rainy climates like Florida as long as the soil is sandy and extremely well drained. Ponytail palm is often sold as a potted plant for the interesting appearance of its swollen base, which is in fact an adaptation for storing water during times of drought. It is, of course, not a palm, but related to the yuccas and century plants.

Ponytail Palm Beaucarnea recurvata Starter Plant Live
USD 12.00 They are known for their easy low maintenance and their look- they look like a tied up ponytail. The ponytail palm can be grown indoors with average lighting and very little problems. Outdoors it can be grown in full sun to shade. It is hardy in USDA Zones 9 to 11. Will grow in full sun to shade but will also thrive indoors. It can grow 6 to 18 feet tall and 6 to 12 feet wide outdoors, but will maintain a smaller shape indoors. They like average to dry soil, the base appears like a bulb and stores water. Very attractive plant and very popular indoors- very slow growing. This plant is a starter plant and measures 3 inches tall and 3 inches wide. (These plants are measured from the top of the root ball to the top of the plant!) The plants are left in the pots until the day to ship. They are then removed from the pot and most of the dirt is removed before they are packaged to ship. We only ship live plants on Monday, Tuesday, and occasionally on Wednesday to ensure delivery before the weekend. These are indoor plants so they can just be kept inside once you receive them and care for them there! Instructions come with each plant! We are licensed in the state of Georgia as a nursery and are inspected as such. Red Ponytail Palm 15 Seeds - Beaucarnea guatemalensis
USD 2.99 Red Ponytail Palm: Beaucarnea guatemalensis, also named Nolina guatemalensis, the Red Ponytail Palm and Elephant Foot, is native to semi-desert regions of Mexico and Guatemala. Beacarneas are closely related to Yuccas and thrive under the same conditions. This plant is suitable for growing indoors. The plant usually has only one stem until it reaches 2 meters tall. Plants in nature will reach about 7 to 9 meters in height with a base about 3 meters across. Beaucarnea can live for decades.The Red Ponytail Palm is a very unique looking tree. It features a very large, wrinkled, swollen base, and very thin, long, 1 inch wide by 6 foot long, dark green grass-like leaves emerging from the top of the trunk. The swollen trunk stores water, which means that it doesn't need to be watered often. The leaves emerge bright red and turn to green as they mature. The edges of the leaves are slightly rough.The small creamy white flowers are produced only on older trees, in mid-summer. Although they are small, they come in large quantities and form a showy display.Hardiness zones 9-11, (-5°C/25°F, 5°C/40°F) in winter. Older plants survive lower temperatures. Beaucarnea guatemalensis need full sun to light shade. Use a mix with good drainage, for instance a good cactus mix.They are very drought tolerant.
