Phal Be Tris, an easy growing orchid great for beginners
USD 9.25 If you like easy-to-grow phalaenopsis orchids, lovely purple / lavender / white flowers, and lots of them, this one's for you. Phal Be Tris puts out clouds of flowers. Mature plants can put out two or three spikes at once, with 20 to 30 thumb-size flowers per spike. Just lovely. The breeding here is Phalaenopsis Be Glad x Phalaenopsis equestris. These are easy to grow, and do well on windowsills. Reasonably bright, but indirect light is the key. Water only when the media is almost completely dry. More phals have been killed by overwatering than by anything else. We include free growing instructions. These orchids are blooming size, freshly repotted into 4 inch pots. You won't need to repot for a least a year, maybe two. The pictures show the kind of flowers to expect, and the kind of plant offered for sale. These bloom when quite small, and we think you can expect flowers anytime now. They are not currently in flower. You can buy with confidence. Orchids from The Orchid Gallery are guaranteed. Period.
