Is there any quick way to reduce the inflammation in the nose caused by my allergy to grass?
I have been taking my antihistamine tablets every morning but when I play rugby after school on the pitch my nose starts pumping histamine and my eyes start to sting. Is there a quick way to reduce inflammation in the nose? Not only is it affecting my playing performance it is also has a negative effect on my appeance because it makes my nose swell.
Any ideas? Would appreciate the help..
