Cuttings Plumeria
I have some Plumeria Cuttings with black tip. Would it be a good idea to pot them & cut the tips while rooting?
Don't cut the tip off! That's where the new growth will come from. The tips may look a little scroungy sometimes but will usually come back. If you are talking about an inch or two of the tip being dried up and rotten looking, I'm afraid that the cutting is no good.
